Founder and chairman of Break Away Technologies. Established in the Los Angeles Crenshaw District after the 1992 disturbances, Break Away is a research institute and nonprofit computer training center that has a commitment to people that others have stopped believing in. Loeb is also an associate minister at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church and a seminary student at Talbott School of Ministry./P>
