Douglas Hiwiller joined the Cleveland Museum of Art in 1996. With a broad background in database design and software development, he plays a key role in the design, development, and integration of several of CMA's enterprise business applications. He has served as CMA's Manager of Information Technology since 1997 and was formerly the museum's Technical Liaison to the Art Museum Image Consortium (AMICO). Doug is a graduate of the University of Akron and a former Information Systems Security Officer for the 21st Psychological Operations Company of the U.S. Army Reserve.
